Blanco Riverside Getaway Policies

Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is at 3 pm. Check-out is 11 am.

Payment: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted.

Rates: Ask about discounts for extended stays. Rates are subject to change without Notice.

Peak Season: Discounts and Specials are not offered during Blanco Classic Car Show, Wild Women Weekend, and Lavender Fest weekends or holidays. A two-night minimum stay may be required during select weekends or holidays.

Taxes: All rooms are subject to 6%  State Hotel Tax and 7% City Hotel Tax.

Deposits: A full night’s deposit is required towards your stay.

Cancellation: A full refund is offered for Cancellations made more than fourteen days from the date of the reservation. A refund minus your deposit will be offered for Cancellations made less than two weeks from the date of the reservation. No refund or credit is available for same-day Cancellations.

Housekeeping: We do not provide daily housekeeping.

Smoking: We are a Non-Smoking facility. There will be a $150 cleaning fee applied for smoking indoors. Burning candles, incense or any other devices is also prohibited indoors. Smoking is permitted outdoors in the designated smoking area.

Pets: Dogs are allowed in ONLY our Green and Coral Cottages for a fee of $25.00/night. Pets are not allowed in our Villas. There will be a $150 cleaning fee applied for pet stays in any room other than our Green or Coral Cottages.
